In order to share valuable information with you, we decided to create "Leadership Matters", a practical intelligent exploration of leadership. The blog will include topics concerning collaborative partnership formation - execution and termination, creativity, innovation, leadership, in the enterprise and other topics related to the successful functioning of people in business organizations.Collaborative Primacy™ Life Sciences Consulting (CPLS Consulting) is a specialized management-consulting firm, focused on the biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical industry. CPLS Consulting works with small and medium sized biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical enterprise (SME) clients engaged in the formation of collaborations and partnerships, mainly with large, established biotechnology, medical device, pharmaceutical companies, academic research centers and contract research organizations (CROs).
As a practicing leader in the life sciences industry and now as a management consultant, Johan has been involved in numerous collaborative partnership, management and leadership situations over the years. He is a practical business visionary and an experienced global leader with more than 20 years of experience in international clinical drug development and operations with demonstrated success in executive leadership roles, working for the life sciences industry in the Netherlands, France, Germany and the United States.
Through "Leadership Matters", Johan will cover insights on balanced leadership and management, successful management of a company's collaborative partnership, innovation through leadership capability development and much more.
