In order to share valuable information with you, we decided to create "Leadership Matters", a practical intelligent exploration of leadership. As a practicing leader in the life sciences industry and now as a management consultant, Johan has been involved in numerous turnaround situations over the years. Through "Leadership Matters", Johan will cover insights on the successful management of a company's human resource, innovation in the enterprise, recession proof innovation capability and much more.
